Florida trailed the Tennessee Volunteers 9-0 entering the fourth quarter. Will Muschamp lifted Jeff Driskel, who had three interceptions, in favor of freshman Treon Harris. Treon Harris only completed two-of-four passes but gave the Florida offense a lift, leading them to a 10-9 victory.
Many believed Treon Harris would be named the starting quarterback on Monday at Muschamp’s weekly press conference. However, Florida cancelled that press conference. Speculation began that Muschamp could be fired but the cancellation actually revolves around Treon Harris.
