Report: Tension between Tom Brady, New England Patriots
Tom Brady reportedly isn’t happy about the direction of the New England Patriots and there is tension between he and the organization. It could lead to Brady finishing his career elsewhere.
The New England Patriots were very impressive in their 43-17 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday night. However, prior to their drubbing of the Bengals, their offense had been anything but impressive.

Tom Brady hasn’t had much time to throw and really doesn’t appear to have the weapons he needs to win a fourth Super Bowl ring.
According to Chris Mortensen of ESPN.com, there is tension between Tom Brady and the Patriots mainly due to their personnel moves on offense.
"Tension exists between Tom Brady and the New England Patriots’ coaching staff, and multiple sources told ESPN that they believe it could influence whether the quarterback finishes his career with the team that he has led to three Super Bowl titles. Two sources told ESPN that former rookie quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was drafted as Brady’s successor and the move could happen “sooner than later.” No source suggested that “sooner” would mean a change during the 2014 season."
Of course, Tom Brady and the Patriots looked just fine last night. Tom Brady completed 23-of-35 passes for a season-high 292 yards and two touchdowns.
Although it isn’t hard to believe Tom Brady is upset with the Patriots, it is hard to see him playing for the team. The Patriots have been in the postseason in every year since Tom Brady became the starter and in one of those seasons – 2008 – he played in just one game.
