The Cleveland Cavaliers are excited for Brazil

The Cleveland Cavaliers are in the process of preparing for their preseason game against the Miami Heat in Brazil on Saturday which for most of the team probably includes making plans to go to the beach and whatever else you do for fun in Brazil. For Anderson Varejao though it means making sure his home country knows just how excited the Cavs are to come visit via a bunch of vines.

Things started with Shawn Marion last night but this morning Varejao released a bunch more vines from teammates like Kyrie Irving, Tristan Thompson, Matthew Delavedova and Joe Harris. With so many vines and such varying levels of excitement there was really only one thing to do here. Time to rank the players based on how excited they seem to be to head to Brazil.

We start that ranking with Harris who clearly knows that he will spend much of the time playing in the games and doing whatever the veterans want.

From the facial expression to the lack of even fake enthusiasm, Harris just doesn’t seem that excited for the trip.

Kyrie Irving comes next. Irving seems a bit more excited but really he lands on this spot because of the enthusiasm of some of his other teammates.

Tristan Thompson is next on the list as he seems really, really excited to hit some nice hot weather and beaches, something he probably didn’t see a lot growing up in Canada.

Dellavedova gets the second spot on the rankings because I didn’t want to post the same vine twice but the winner here is Marion. Not only did the Matrix have his own vine as the first person to let Rio know how excited he was he couldn’t stay away from another. Marion is also learning the native language thanks in part I assume to Varejao.

Enjoy Brazil Shawn, you’ve earned it.
