Guard James Harden and the Houston Rockets made their season debut against the rival Dallas Mavericks Tuesday.In the opening minute, James Harden went coast to coast and used his forearm to get an easy dunk.
The Houston Rockets didn’t have the type of offseason they wanted.

After targeting New York Knicks’ forward Carmelo Anthony and then Miami Heat big man Chris Bosh, they wound up with neither. They did, however, reach an agreement with Trevor Ariza. Unfortunately they traded both Omer Asik and Jeremy Lin in order to create space and then lost forward Chandler Parsons to the rival Dallas Mavericks.
Of course, as long as the Rockets have Dwight Howard and James Harden, they are going to have a chance to win every game they play.
On Tuesday, the Rockets got back to work against the Mavericks in the preseason opener for both teams. In the opening minute, James Harden went coast-to-coast and used his forearm to get an edge before throwing down a monster dunk.
