Just when everyone was beginning to make fun of the Houston Texans on Thursday night against the Colts as they were getting manhandled, two of the team’s biggest offensive stars decided to make their presences felt. First it was Andre Johnson, then it was running back Arian Foster.
In the second quarter, the Texans had fallen behind the Colts 24-0, before Johnson hauled in one of the more athletic four-yard touchdown catches that you will ever see. Next, it was Foster’s turn.
Following a turnover, watch in the video below as Foster takes this one in from 12 yards out to pull the Texans to within 10 points of their AFC South rivals.
Well, now, this has all escalated rather quickly. But, when you have dynamic players on your offense such as Johnson and Foster, then you’re never really out of hope.
A few more plays like this from this offense and the laughing will be stopping soon, if it hasn’t already.
