Back in 2010, LeBron James and Chris Bosh famously left the Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors to team up with Dwyane Wade with the Miami Heat. After four Eastern Conference Titles and two World Titles in four years, LeBron James left the Heat to return to Cleveland while both Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade re-signed with the Heat.
According to ESPN.com, Chris Bosh has not spoken to LeBron James since he left for Cleveland.
"Bosh made the revelation as he was asked about the Heat’s game against the Cavaliers on Saturday when Bosh and Dwyane Wade will take the court for the first time against James, who decided to break up Miami’s “Big Three” by returning to his native Ohio this offseason. Bosh and Wade, who were also free agents, chose to return to Miami.Asked by reporters if he had talked to his former teammate since James’ decision to leave the Heat, Bosh answered a succinct, “No.”As to whether he was looking forward to seeing James on Saturday at the game in Rio de Janeiro, he replied with a lukewarm, “Yeah … I don’t know.”"
That is not a huge surprise. Chris Bosh seems like a more emotional player than Dwyane Wade and likely took LeBron James’ departure more personally. Plus, Chris Bosh and LeBron James are reportedly not as close to LeBron James and Dwyane Wade are.
The two will get a chance to talk this weekend when the Heat and Cavaliers square off in Brazil on Saturday (5:00 pm EST, ESPN News).
