The status of Knowshon Moreno is still up in the air for Week 6
In a surprising turn of events, Miami Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno might not be available for the team’s Week 6 match up against the Green Bay Packers.
Moreno, who is recovering from a dislocated elbow he suffered in Week 2, was expected to play after practicing on Monday and Wednesday. But Moreno hinted Thursday that he might not be available for the game due to problems with the arm brace he’d have to wear if he played.
Just talked to #Dolphins RB Knowshon Moreno. He said brace an issue. I asked what's the biggest complication w/it? Moreno said "everything."

It looks like Knowshon Moreno's availability Sunday could mostly come down to his comfortability wearing the arm brace. We'll see. #Dolphins

Moreno’s status is clearly in question at this point.

The Dolphins have managed fine without Moreno in the lineup throughout the past few weeks. Lamar Miller has taken over starting duties and impressed, averaging 5.7 yards per carry this season.
Still, Miami would benefit from Moreno’s return. The former Denver Bronco rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown in Miami’s opener against the New England Patriots.
With Moreno and Miller, Miami could run all over a weak Packers rush defense.
Unfortunately for the Dolphins, it certainly sounds like Moreno could ultimately be a game-time decision for Sunday’s tilt.
The Broncos selected Moreno with the No. 12 pick of the 2009 NFL Draft. Miami signed the running back this past offseason.
