27-year-old Amador Rebollero and his 34-year-old brother Dario Rebollero were arraigned Wednesday afternoon on felony assault charges after a brutal beating of two other men in the bathroom at Levi’s Stadium, during the San Fransisco 49ers game against the Kansas City Chiefs, that left one man partially paralyzed.

According to prosecutors, the attackers were provoked by just a tap on the shoulder to inform him that an open bathroom stall was available as they waited in line which somehow led to this horrible beating.
“These victims were beaten like animals,” Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Deborah Hernandez said. “One of the victims has suffered severe injuries. He has some bleeding to the brain. He has had to have partial skull removal to relieve some of that pressure. He is currently suffering some paralysis.”
Amador Rebollero is being held on $350,000 bail as he was the lead attacker according to prosecutors. Dario Rebollero is being held on $75,000 bail.
Both brothers have extensive rap sheets. Dario Rebollero has been in and out of jail on assault with deadly weapon, animal cruelty, vehicle theft and drunk driving. Amador Rebollero was arrested in 2006 for vehicle theft, then drug possession and drunk driving and in 2010 drug possession and driving with a suspended license.
Clearly these men don’t deserve light punishment and will hopefully be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law, especially due to the man that suffered serious injuries including partial paralysis.
Let’s also take a nice long slow clap for all the bystanders. A room full of grown men that didn’t try to actually stop something until it was too late.
