The Bulldogs entered this game riding the high of a blowout victory in which they bludgeoned the Texas A&M Aggies. Quarterback Dak Prescott dominated the Aggies with his arm and on the ground in that victory. It was a banner game for Prescott as he starts to build his case for the Heisman Trophy, and early indications are that Prescott intends to pick up where he left off against the Tigers on Saturday.

Mississippi State got out to an early lead thanks to a beautiful touchdown strike from Prescott to wide receiver De’Runnya Wilson, 34 yards for the touchdown to give the Bulldogs a 7-0 lead.

Check out the touchdown below, Prescott to Wilson.

It looked like Wilson channeled Prescott with some tough running after the catch, barreling through defenders to give the Bulldogs an early lead in this game.
