In case you haven’t heard, the Cleveland Cavaliers had quite the offseason and are now viewed as one of the elite teams in the
.
After giving point guard Kyrie Irving a five-year extension, amid rumors Irving wanted out, they convinced the game’s best player, forward LeBron James to leave the Miami Heat in favor of a return to the Cavaliers. Then they used the last two No. 1 overall picks, forward Anthony Bennett (2o13) and swingman Andrew Wiggins (2014) to acquire Kevin Love from the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Kevin Love’s rebounding and ability to spread the floor with his shooting should make him a perfect fit with LeBron James.
The Cavaliers returned to action to take on the Milwaukee Bucks without LeBron James (rest) or Kyrie Irving (ankle) on Tuesday night.
Kevin Love still managed to show off his shooting stroke, knocking down a three and drawing a foul. He hit the free throw to complete the four-point play.
