New York Jets (1-5)  at New England Patriots (4-2)

After being shutout on the road in San Diego last week, the Jets bounced back and actually played a decent game against Peyton Manning and the Broncos. Down a touchdown with less than two minutes to play, the Jets had a chance to march down the field and tie the game. But, they’re the Jets, so that definitely didn’t happen.

After taking a sack right on the goal line (it was actually a safety), Geno Smith dropped back in the end zone, felt the pressure, and threw an awful pass that was intercepted by Aqib Talib and returned for a touchdown. PICK-SIX!

The Patriots dominated against the Bills in Week 6 but also lost Stevan Ridley and Jerod Mayo for the season to knee injuries. That’s a huge blow to the Patriots defense and the back field, but they’re the Patriots, and they’ve been here before.

If Tom Brady and the Pats were fired up after losing big to Kansas City earlier in the season, imagine how fired up they’ll be after losing two of their own. Plus, the Jets season is already over. They’re one of the worst teams in the league.
