LeBron James has posts moves, get-to-the-basket moves, cut moves, transition moves and perimeter moves. Now he has the skyhook, apparently.

James makes it a point every off season to work on adding something new to his game and if indeed the skyhook becomes a thing this season, it could be just one more thing defenses have to worry about when guarding him.
With Miami, James learned to feast in the post. Teams became conscious that he wanted to get to the block, and started defending against it.
The skyhook could be a quick-draw option for James if he sees the defense beginning to force him away from the basket.
With his athleticism and size, James could certainly abuse opponents with this move. If he learned the floater, too, it could be deadly. One of the reasons James is the most efficient scorer in the NBA is because he has so many moves he can go to depending on the situation. That’s why he keeps adding moves in the summers, and why he is the best player in the NBA.
