Rappers Snoop Dogg and Iggy Azalea have been beefing on social media, now Los Angeles Lakers star Nick Young, aka Swaggy P, has stepped in to defend his girlfriend.

UPDATE: October 15 at 4:40 p.m. ET

The beef is over between Snoop Dogg and Iggy Azalea, according to his latest Instagram video. It looks like it isn’t very heartfelt since Snoop is grinning or holding back a smirk throughout the video, and says that T.I. called him and talked to him, prompting the apology.

And it is officially over because Iggy accepted the apology.

California rapper Snoop Dogg posted a picture on Instagram that made fun of fellow rapper Iggy Azalea, that was hurtful and probably meant to be in good fun a few days ago. The picture, posted to Instagram, shows an albino person and the caption reads “Iggy Azalea with no make up.”

Azalea responded at first, which only prompted Snoop Dogg to continue posting more photos on Instagram taking shots at Iggy Azalea, calling her some rather graphic and hurtful things in the process.

Azalea continued to address it on Tuesday.

A few hours later, early Wednesday morning, Iggy Azalea was back at it.

Eventually NBA star Nick Young, aka Swaggy P, who plays for Snoop Dogg’s favorite team the Los Angeles Lakers and dates Iggy Azalea chimed in,

It is hard to believe that Snoop Dogg’s team has allowed him to continue posting like this on social media, given the campaigns to end cyber bullying and lately the attention paid on violence or anger directed towards women in the wake of the NFL scandals.

Snoop Dogg isn’t coming out of this looking good, and all he is doing is building up more anger and negative attention towards himself.
