Clube de Regatas do Flamengo continued their NBA tour on Wednesday night.
This time, they were in Orlando to take on the Magic.
The Magic are trying to build through the NBA Draft and had two more lottery picks in 2014. They used those picks to select former Arizona Wildcats’ forward Aaron Gordon and former Louisiana Lafayette Ragin Cajuns’ point guard Elfrid Payton.
Many questioned the selection of Aaron Gordon because he was such a poor shooter, especially from the free throw line, but the Magic are banking on his defense, athleticism and talent in the long. That athleticism is undeniable – Aaron Gordon should quickly be one of the league’s best dunkers and we may even see him in the dunk contest.
In Wednesday’s game, he was fantastic. Aaron Gordon had 15 points, nine rebounds, three assists, one steal, on block and one huge dunk. Aaron Gordon took the ball and almost appeared to go over a Flamengo defender for a huge dunk.

Aaron Gordon averaged 12.1 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game while shooting 49.5% from the field, 35.6% from beyond the arc and 42.2% from the free throw line for the Wildcats last season.
