Indiana Pacers Interested In Acquiring Chase Budinger?
By Josh Hill
Indiana Pacers fans are hurting after the loss of Paul George this summer to a brutal injury, but there is still hope that the team can make a move that gets them back in the race as contenders.
Chase Budinger is on the trade block in Minnesota, and the number of teams starting to line up to see if they can get him is growing longer and longer. After the Cleveland Cavaliers were rumored to have possible interest in reuniting Kevin Love with Budinger, three more teams have emerged as possible landing spots.

Yahoo! insider Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Houston Rockets and Detroit Pistons had interest in trading for Budinger but a third team may be in the mix. According to Timberwolves beat writer Darren Wolfson, the Wolves may make a deal with the Indiana Pacers, who could sync up as a match for the forward.
Indiana Pacers fans have hopes as high as they’ve ever been but that doesn’t mean the team is going to be any good or that expectations match those hopes. Without Paul George, the Pacers are an average team, but you don’t need to be much more than mediocre to make the postseason in the Eastern Conference.
