Thursday Night Football takes center stage tonight, and EA Sports’ Madden 15 is here to help predict who is going to walk away with this one.
Madden 15 is welcomed back to help us see just who comes out victorious on the first prime time NFL matchup of the week. With the New York Jets traveling to Foxboro to square off against the New England Patriots, we should see a relatively heated game. As Madden 15 determines a winner, we will be able to break down some of the insight.

Last week, the Jets tried to hang tough with the vastly superior Denver Broncos, but it just wasn’t meant to be. With Geno Smith looking all but lost again, the Jets offense failed to get much of anything going.
On the other side, the Patriots squeaked one out against the Buffalo Bills. A late fumble forced by rookie Zach Moore, and an interception of Kyle Orton, sealed the game for New England.
Two teams with a relatively storied history will square off on Thursday Night, and sparks should fly. Here is how Madden 15 sees the matchup playing out:
New York Jets (7) New England Patriots (44)
Tom Brady 298 yards 3 touchdowns 1 interception
Geno Smith 188 yards 1 touchdown 3 interceptions
Shane Vereen 21 carries 74 yards
Darrelle Revis 2 interceptions
With the Patriots getting pressure on Geno early and often, the struggling quarterback turned in another clunker. Obviously the Patriots hanging 44 on the Jets speaks for itself, but the three interceptions are also daunting. Revis Island was the beneficiary of two of the picked off passes.
Tom Brady was able to get in a grove and have his way with a Jets defense that found themselves on the field for far too long.
While the game on Thursday Night may not turn out to be this much of a blowout, look for the result to be similar. Right now, these two teams are trending in far too opposite of directions to expect anything less.
Stay tuned the rest of the weekend for the rest of Madden 15’s week 7 predictions.
