Indianapolis Colts 4 2 .667 53 84.0%
Houston Texans 3 3 .500 12 1 25.7%
Tennessee Titans 2 4 .333 -49 2 9.9%
Jacksonville Jaguars 0 6 .000 -104 4 0%

This is another one-team race. The computers don’t give anyone outside of the Colts a realistic chance at making the playoffs, and it is hard to argue with them. The Titans have not looked good, and the Jaguars are arguably the worst team in the NFL.

It is interesting that the Texans aren’t being given more of a chance despite currently being a .500 team. The computers seem to be assuming that one of the AFC West teams will get in as a wild card. This means that Houston will have to beat out whoever finishes in second in the AFC North if they are going to claim the other spot. Given how well the Bengals and Ravens have played, and how easy Cleveland’s upcoming schedule is, it is going to be a major challenge for Houston to try and keep up.
