Being the defending Big Ten Champions, the Michigan State Spartans really don’t need a lot of motivation to play well this season. They have a target on their back week in and week out, with everyone wanting to knock off the defending champions.
But that doesn’t mean that Mark Dantonio won’t take the chance to bring in someone special to speak to them when he has the chance, especially if that someone is the next Batman.
Yes, Ben Affleck is currently in East Lansing, Michigan, where he is filming the much-anticipated Batman vs. Superman film. So being in the area, Dantonio invited the movie star to come hang with and speak to his team recently, which he did.

Being the sports fan that he is, it’s no surprise that Affleck took time out of his schedule to go be with one of the best college football teams in the country. No, it’s not his beloved Red Sox, but anytime Affleck could have anything to do with sports, he’s usually in.
Maybe he could become to Michigan State what Matthew McConaughey is to Texas?
