The college football world and the media has been enamored this past week with the new surrounding Florida State looking into some autographs that surfaced with Jameis Winston’s signature on them. A lot of autographs, actually. With this, there has been some talk that Winston might not be allowed to take the field on Saturday.
Well, on Friday morning, head coach Jimbo Fisher put an end to that talk.
During an appearance on Mike and Mike in the Morning, Fisher was asked whether or not there was a chance that Winston could be held out last minute, similar to how he was before the Clemson game a few weeks ago, and the coach reiterated that Winston will be the starter on Saturday night.
Jimbo Fisher on Mike & Mike says Jameis Winston will be starting QB tomorrow: "Yes, he will be." Compliance says he's "fine to play."

So there we have it, whether folks agree with it or not, Jameis Winston will be under center on Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET when the Seminoles take on the Irish inside Doak Campbell Stadium.
Now what happens with this autograph investigation after that remains to be seen.
