Despite being caught on camera recently saying differently, Broncos tight end Julius Thomas noted that scoring touchdowns in the NFL is not all that easy.

Last Sunday in the win over the New York Jets, Denver Broncos tight end Julius Thomas showed once again how easy it is sometimes for he and Peyton Manning to hook up for a score. As a matter of fact, at one point, microphones caught him yelling that it was actually “too easy.”
Well, a few days later, Thomas wants to back off on that comment just a bit. Sure it looked easy for him, and it probably is. But, he probably shouldn’t have said it anyway. That’s why it’s not shock that he wants everyone to know now that it’s really not all that easy to get into the end zone in the NFL.
“Contrary to my own statements, it’s not very easy,” Thomas relented via Fox Sports.
It’s nice that he went out of his way to make himself look a little better in the matter, but the fact of the matter is that Thomas is one of the more athletic tight ends that we’ve seen in quite some time and he has the best quarterback of our generation tossing him balls.
So, contrary to what HE is saying, yes it probably is that easy for him to get six points.
