The Cleveland Cavaliers‘ ‘Big Three’ of LeBron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving haven’t played together on the court yet, but the team expects that to change on Monday.
The NBA preseason is winding down, but the Cleveland Cavs’ “Big Three” hasn’t played together yet, with Kyrie Irving missing time earlier due to an ankle injury, general days of rest for James and, most recently, a cold from forward Kevin Love:

If Love does indeed play on Monday as expected, the Cavs’ Big Three will see their first action together, which is probably a good thing to do before the Cavs host the New York Knicks in their season opener on October 30. There’s likely little to worry about for Cavs fans, though, as the NBA season is usually long enough for a team to learn how to play together and still be ready for the playoffs.
James will likely sit out next Wednesday’s game, though, meaning Love, Irving and James will have played in all of two preseason games together before the start of the season, assuming Love does indeed play on Monday.
