The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are showing early on in the premier game of the weekend on Saturday night that they aren’t scared to walk into Doak Campbell Stadium and take it to the Noles. Well, at least Everett Golson and Corey Robinson aren’t scared.
In the first quarter, Golson and Robinson hooked up on a one-yard touchdown play that put the Irish on the board first. Not long after that, Florida State answered with a score of their own.
Just after the second quarter got underway in Tallahassee, Robinson and Golson decided that they would take matters into their own hands once again, hooking up for the nine-yard score and regaining the lead back.
Things are getting interesting early between these two top five teams on Saturday night.
