The Florida State Seminoles will be taking on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the premier game of Saturday night with some serious national championship implications on the line. Experts have said all week that this game will be won in the trenches, and unfortunately Florida State will be without the leader of their offensive line unit, coach Rick Trickett.
After some rumors started circulating on Saturday that Trickett was dealing with some health issues, it was confirmed just a short time ago that Trickett was in fact dealing with a heart issue on Friday night and will miss the game against the Fighting Irish because of this.
Can confirm rumors about Coach Trickett's heart issue last night are true. He's doing well but won't be at game. Best wishes to the family.

This is terrible news to hear, and there’s no doubt that his presence will be sorely missed on the sidelines in one of the biggest college football games of the entire season.
Best wishes go out to Coach Trickett on a speedy recovery.
