Kansas State QB Jake Waters Suffers Shoulder Injury, Leaves Game (Video)
By Josh Hill
Kansas State quarterback Jake Waters was leading his team to an upset win over Oklahoma on Saturday, but his day ended when Steven Parker drove him to the ground after a scramble
The Oklahoma Sooners are in trouble against the Kansas State Wildcats, but they may have caught a break that will let them back into the game. What the Wildcats are wondering is if the break the Sooners got is an actual break of any kind or not.

Quarterback Jake Waters wasn’t having a record breaking afternoon by any stretch of the imagination, but he had two touchdowns and was looking to cross the 200 yard mark in a big game for the Wildcats. The biggest part of his contribution on the afternoon was leading Kansas State in their potential upset win over the Sooners.
That all came to an end, for Waters at least, when he was driven to the ground by Sooners safety Steven Parker. The hit forced Waters to leave the game with what appears to be an AC Joint injury.
If Waters is lost for the rest of the game, it could be a game changer. Since leaving the game, the Sooners tied the game leaving the Wildcats in a position where they may need Waters but can’t have him back.
