Mike Pouncey, a Pro Bowl center for the Miami Dolphins last season, made his delayed season debut at right guard last week, but could be back at center on Sunday.
The Miami Dolphins have moved Mike Pouncey, a Pro Bowl center in 2013, to right guard this season, but he might be back in the middle of the line Sunday based on how the injured hamstring of new center Samson Satele responds.
According to the Miami Herald, Satele is questionable with the hamstring strain. While he said Wednesday he would play in Chicago, coaches could move Pouncey back to center if the hamstring renders Satele ineffective.

If Pouncey moves over a spot, Shelley Smith could move into the right guard slot.
Pouncey told the Herald he took snaps at both spots in practice this week.
Pouncey missed the first five weeks after having hip surgery in late June. He tore the labrum in his hip during Miami’s offseason workouts.
He missed two games last November after being hospitalized with an illness. Those were the first two games he had missed in his career.
Pouncey did not play in the Dolphins’ first four games this season after his offseason hip injury, returning to the Miami offensive line after the team’s bye week in Week 5.
He played 60 snaps in his return and, according to Pro Football Focus, had a grade last week of minus-1.0. He graded out at plus-8.2 in 908 snaps at center last season—14th among 35 centers who played at least 25 percent of their teams’ offensive snaps.
