DeMarco Murray Tweaks Ankle; Comes Up Hobbled (GIF)

Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray went down untouched in the second quarter after tweaking his ankle. Murray came up limping. 

In the second quarter of the Dallas Cowboys’ meeting with the New York Giants in Week 7 of the NFL regular season, running back DeMarco Murray was rushing down the sideline before going untouched.

Murray appeared to tweak his ankle before tumbling to the turf.

What could be worrisome for the Cowboys is that Murray came up limping and had a grimace on his face.

The concern for the Cowboys is that Murray already has had a heavy workload.

Because of that workload, people were questioning whether or not the NFL’s leading rusher would be able to continue carrying such a heavy workload as the season progressed.

If the injury proves to be serious, it would negatively affect the Cowboys’ offense.

Julius Randle finished the first half at running back for Dallas and the team has yet to officially comment on his injury.
