The
have been on a roll over the last few weeks and are continuing to play well on Sunday.
The Packers, who are trying to prove they are a legitimate contender in the NFL, have jumped out to a 21-0 lead over the Carolina Panthers.
The Packers took advantage of poor Panthers’ defense early when Aaron Rodgers found Jordy Nelson for a 59-yard touchdown. The two are forming one of the best duos in the league and hope to add a consistent running game with backs Eddie Lacy and James Starks sharing the load.
That’s happening on Sunday. After a nine-play, 56-yard drive, Eddie Lacy found the end zone from five yards out to make it 14-0.
After getting the ball back, it was James Starks’ turn. James Starks capped a five-play, 62-yard drive with a 13-yard touchdown, giving the Packers a 21-0 lead over the Panthers in the first quarter.
