Panthers Vs Packers Inactives: Kelvin Benjamin In For Carolina

Cam Newton will have one of his outside weapons as wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin is not among the inactives for the Carolina Panthers against the Green Bay Packers.
Apparently, that concussion was mild.
Rookie wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin will play Sunday when the Carolina Panthers take on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field after being questionable as he recovered from a concussion.

The rookie from Florida State has emerged as Cam Newton’s top outside target this season, with 55 targets and 31 receptions for 416 yards and four touchdowns.
Tight end Greg Olson, Carolina’s leading receiver with 33 catches in 51 targets is also active. He was probable with an ankle injury.
For Green Bay, cornerback Tramon Williams is active after injuring his ankle, but cornerback Sam Shields is out with a knee injury that happened on the same series Williams got hurt at Miami last week.
Jonathan Stewart, meanwhile, is back for the Panthers at running back after missing three games with a knee injury. He has 88 yards on 29 carries with one touchdown this season as Carolina has struggled to establish a running game this season.
The Panthers are ranked 28th in the league on the ground, with Newton as their leading rusher with 149 yards on 31 carries.
