The Jacksonville Jaguars got their first win of the season Sunday, but paid a price. Linebacker Paul Posluszny is out for the season and defensive end Andre Branch will miss six weeks.
The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Cleveland Browns 24-6 on Sunday for their first victory of the season, but it came at a high cost.
Middle linebacker Paul Posluszny will miss the rest of the season after sustaining a torn pectoral Sunday. Defensive end Andre Branch, meanwhile, will miss six weeks with a groin injury, according to NFL.com.
"“It’s a big loss,” Jacksonville coach Gus Bradley said of Posluszny. “He’s really come into his own, really understands the defense now. That’ll be a difficult one.”"
