Rams Security Guard Didn’t Recognize Quarterback Austin Davis
Austin Davis is having a great season, but some people still don’t recognize him.
Rams quarterback Austin Davis is having a tremendous start to his NFL season and he has provided the Rams with the spark that they were missing when Sam Bradford went down for the season yet again. Davis has looked comfortable, in control and poised; all traits that aren’t usually attributed to a young quarterback. Apparently the impressive start by Davis hasn’t caught everyone’s eye.
It’s pretty rare that security stops the team’s starting quarterback from entering the building, but that’s exactly what happened with Davis last week. Davis led his St. Louis Rams to an upset victory over the heavily-favored Seattle Seahawks yesterday and the Rams are not giving up, despite a slow start to the season.

Coach Jeff Fisher is a disciplinarian who demands the best out of his players and Austin Davis will learn a lot from him. The Rams are 2-4 on the season, but winning a game like that against the Seahawks can be enough to give a team momentum that they can carry with them for the rest of the season. Davis is the guy for the Rams now and St. Louis is hoping also in the future. Maybe after some more success in the NFL, security guards will actually recognize Davis.
