Coyotes’ Martin Erat Has Double Life, According To Google Search
Arizona Coyotes forward Martin Erat is actually Carson Kressley from “Queer Eye For the Straight Guy”
Okay, excuse me while I catch my breath. No, but really, Martin Erat.
First off, whoever the professional troll was that did this… slow claps. You just brightened my day, my editor’s day, and the fifty people who might read this’ days. I thoroughly thank you for this.

I have no proof that Martin Erat is a snazzy dresser, but he claims to be Czech (even though we now very clearly know that he is from Lehigh County, Pennsylvania), and they’re usually pretty good dressers. All the European players show up to games looking like they’re being sponsored by Burberry, while the Americans (and, let’s be honest, most of the Canadians) usually kind of have this color-blind thing going on.
MOVING FORWARD.
Nothing is more fun than seeing my favorite hockey players having lives outside of the beautiful game. I’m especially happy that Erat is the resident fashion expert for the team, although this raises questions about why the team would have traded away David Rundblad just as they were aquiring Carson Kressley. Maybe that was too much fashion sense for one team?
In any case, I’m also a little mad that this is the picture they chose to use. There are so many more Erat-y looking pictures of Kressley out there, particularly because the two actually look scarily alike.
Actually, I can’t stop looking at this. Also, I can’t stop laughing.
