Philadelphia Eagles at Arizona Cardinals

Something has to give here. I consistently pick against the Eagles and Cardinals and have been bashed by their fans for doing so (with good reason). Now they are facing off so I’m finally going to make one group happy (unless of course I predict a tie. Hmmmmmmmm…). Carson Palmer is back and looking pretty good after missing some time with an injury and on the defensive side of the ball the Cardinals have the best run defenses in terms of YPC allowed. While the Philly offense will keep it close I think I like Arizona at home in this one, but I wouldn’t be shocked if I was wrong.

Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers

I know that the Steelers won on Monday night, but that had as much to do with Houston shooting itself in the foot than with the Steelers looking good. Now they have to face a Colts team that is playing great on both sides of the ball lately. The Colts actually lead the NFL in passing yards while the Steelers have given up the fifth most 20+ yard passing plays in the league. That’s not a good combination for Pittsburgh.
