Replacing Eric Decker in the offense, Emmanuel Sanders, formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers, has fit in well with Peyton Manning. While Sanders is second on the Broncos in receiving yards at 514 prior to tonight’s matchups against the Chargers, he hasn’t been familiar with the end zone unlike his peers, having only caught 2 of Peyton’s 20 touchdowns on the season.
Speaking of Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, the NFL’s leader in career passing touchdowns thrown has added another mark to the record after his pass to Emmanuel Sanders, now at 511.
With Manning looking to not be slowing down any time soon, it’s going to be a fun race to see how many touchdowns Manning can get to before he retires from the league.
[UPDATE:] Later in the evening, Manning found Sanders again for a second touchdown pass.
