Up in the heavens, the god of baseball and the god of football argue while the pro wrestling god just cares about Hell In A Cell.

Doesn’t it feel like the world of sports is being controlled by some higher power at times, one who is meticulously planning the magic story lines that play out right before our very eyes. Take that Derek Jeter RBI single to win the game, his final game at Yankees Stadium for instance.
Well that is the premise of a hilarious cartoon from our friends over at Bleacher Report in a cartoon called “The Sports Gods.”
The cartoon starts with the baseball god explaining the Jeter farewell in the Bronx and the World Series set up. Don’t bother the NFL though, who isn’t buying that America’s past time was exciting. It is like high school all over again where the jocks are still the football players and anyone who doesn’t play football isn’t cool.
Baseball, who is dressed up like an early 1900s player, took some low blow shots at football and their myriad of issues as they argued about.
The best is the complaining about FIFA rankings to the fútbol god, a daily debate amongst my friends and myself. Really, who is controlling those ratings, we need to get the bottom of this.
Then pro-wrestling shuts it down with an awkward promo about Hell In A Cell… hilarious.
