Johnson is an example of a player who has likely fallen back thanks to his injury status this year, but at the same time he remains an institution in Detroit. The Motor City loves Megatron, and Calvin Johnson having the tenth best selling jersey from this past week proves that. He’s not even playing at the moment, but Lions fans finally have a star in their post-Barry Sanders world to cling to. Injury or not, Calvin Johnson will always be int he discussion when it comes to players dominating the sales charts.
