Carolina Panthers middle linebacker Luke Kuechly is the regular lone defensive player on this list, but he has been consistently in the top-five but has slipped six spots to No. 7 on the list this week.

Not only is it impressive that Kuechly makes this list as a defensive players, but his jersey sales are extremely localized to the Carolinas with no national appeal at all.

The men’s jersey is the biggest seller, accounting for 48 percent of sales, followed closely by the youth version at 34 percent.
