The Alabama Crimson Tide are looking to keep their momentum rolling on Saturday night as they take on the Tennessee Volunteers on the road, and so far, they’re succeeding in a big way, thanks to the efforts of maybe the best wide receiver in the country, Amari Cooper.
Right off the bat in this one, the Tide and Cooper struck for an 80-yard scoring play.
Watch in the video below as Blake Sims rolls out and just dumps the ball off to an open Cooper, who proceeds to then just dismantle the Tennessee defense on his way to the end zone.
Well that doesn’t bode well for Tennessee as they look for the upset in this one, although no one really gives them much of a chance against this Alabama team to begin with.
What should also be noted is that this was the first play called by Lane Kiffin in his return to Knoxville.
