Offray was recently arrested for a public intoxication complaint alongsid OSU wide receiver Jhajuan Seales, and there are reportedly multiple other incidents that contributed in the school’s decision to dismiss the freshman.
When Offray and Seales were arrested, they were found passed out in a drive-thru at Whataburger.
Juwan Offray will reportedly seek a transfer.
From the O’Colly:
"Sources also said Offray plans to take a transfer route that would allow him to eventually return to a Big 12 school so he can “play against OSU someday.”"
Offray has three tackles this season and has played in all of Oklahoma State’s games.
The dismissal of Offray leaves an already light Oklahoma State secondary with additional depth. Both ornerback Ashton Lampkin and safety Larry Stephens are currently recovering from injuries. Lampkin is dealing with an ankle issue, while Stephens is reportedly recovering from an injury to his Achilles.
Oklahoma State is set to take on the No. 22 West Virginia Mountaineers at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater on Saturday.
