2. Dwayne Bowe, WR, Kansas City Chiefs

Dwayne Bowe is one of the least talked disappointing players this season, and his name hasn’t been heard much at all. He was expected to step up in a big way for the Chiefs this year, but he has done the exact opposite. Kansas City hasn’t looked anything like the team that they were last year, and Bowe’s lack of production hasn’t helped their case.

In five games so far this year, Bowe has caught just 19 passes for 279 yards and no touchdowns. Those numbers are concerning, and have been incredibly depressing for the Chiefs. They simply don’t have the other targets to be able to withstand that lack of production.

It’s hard to predict whether or not Bowe’s career is coming to an end, but at just 30 years of age it doesn’t make too much sense. He doesn’t have the excuse of having a bad quarterback, and he doesn’t have much competition either. There is no question that he has been a huge disappointment, and needs to turn things around if the Chiefs want their offense to get back on track.
