Stanford may have fallen out of the Top 25, but they’re still trying to hustle in a very winnable Pac-12 this year.
The Standford Cardinal are trying to get to 5-3 in a rough season for the team and want to try and get back above .500 in the Pac-12. All that stands in their way at the moment is Oregon State and they’re coming out a lot harder than anyone would have thought.

But at the end of the day, the Stanford attack is still strong and quarterback Kevin Hogan has gotten the team off to a great start. Hogan hooked up with running back Christian McCaffrey for a 42-yard score that gave Stanford their first lead of the day.
Check out the smooth play below:
McCaffrey is in a pretty cool position on Stanford, as he is one of two sons of former NFL stars to occupy the Cardinal backfield. McCaffrey is the son of former Denver Broncos wide receiver Ed mcCaffrey and he shares a backfield with B.J. Sanders, son of Hall of Famer Barry Sanders.
That doesn’t mean that the Cardinal are unstoppable though, as clearly defined by their record. But there’s firepower here and that’s what we saw on McCaffrey’s huge TD run.
