The New York Jets will have wide receiver Eric Decker and running back Chris Johnson available against the Buffalo Bills, according to their official list of inactives.
Running back Chris Johnson and wide receiver Eric Decker, who have both been battling nagging injuries since early in the season, will be active Sunday for the New York Jets, who take a six-game losing streak into their AFC East battle with the Buffalo Bills at MetLife Stadium.
Johnson has been hampered by a lingering ankle injury and Decker by a sore hamstring for several weeks.
Johnson, in his first year with the Jets after six seasons with the Tennessee Titans, has 261 yards and a touchdown on 64 carries this season and also has 59 yards and a score on 12 receptions.
Decker is also a new addition to Gang Green this season after four years with the Denver Broncos, signing a five year, $36.25 million deal with the Jets this spring.
He’s been limited to 24 receptions for 323 yards and three touchdowns and missed one game because of the hamstring injury.
He’s coming off back-to-back seasons with Denver where he had 172 receptions for 2,352 yards and 24 touchdowns.
