Chicago Bears‘ tight end Martellus Bennett continues to show he’s one of the best in the NFL with a beautiful 20-yard touchdown catch against the New England Patriots.

The Chicago Bears are getting blown out in a big way by the New England Patriots and simply haven’t looked alive at all this afternoon. There has been quite a bit of drama surrounding their locker room this season and today’s performance will simply add to the disappointment and anger that is milling around in the Bears’ organization.
Martellus Bennett is one of the most talented tight ends in the NFL and he came up with an amazing touchdown catch to cut the Bears’ deficit to 45-15 following the two-point conversion. It went for 20 yards, and he caught the football while falling to the ground after tripping on the Patriots’ defender. Rob Gronkowski has had a big game for the Patriots, but Bennett wasn’t about to let him have all of the highlights at the tight end position.
Needless to say, that was one of the better catches that we have seen all year long in the NFL. Bennett hasn’t been used as much this season as he could be, but then again the Bears have plenty of weapons on offense. Jay Cutler hasn’t had a good day once again, and the Bears are about to fall to 3-5 on the season with this loss.
