fans rooting for more, they ran out fireworks.  The Horned Frogs usually shoot off fireworks after each team score.  Many schools do the same.

TCU was planning on being a more defensive than offensive team in 2014 but they’ve been practically scoring at will.  The fireworks they used on Saturday in the 82-27 victory over the Texas Tech Red Raiders were not only the allotment for the game but for the entire season.  They never planned to score so much.

What I’d like to know was, why didn’t they order more after the first several weeks?  They’ve scored 48, 30, 56, 37, 58, 42, and now 82 points in games this season.  Only the 56 and 58 point outputs were on the road.  Everything else has been at home.  They had to know this was going to happen, right? They still have a huge home game in a couple of weeks against the Kansas State Wildcats.  They also have a home game on December 6th against the Iowa State Cyclones.  A suggestion was made though by a reporter with WCAX in Burlington, Vermont.

Might not be a half-bad idea.  Just do something.  It adds to the excitement and they will need every bit of it in two weeks against the Wildcats.
