The Dallas Cowboys are looking to improve to 7-1. The Washington Redskins are looking to improve to 3-5 by winning their second straight game in as many weeks while embarrassing their rivals on national television during Monday Night Football in the process.
So far so good for the Redskins.
After taking an early 3-0 lead, the Cowboys went ahead 7-3 and led by the margin at halftime. The Redskins came out in the second half and took a 10-7 lead on an Alfred Morris touchdown run.
The Cowboys answered on their next drive with a 21-yard field goal by Dan Bailey to tie things up at 10. The play was set up by a fantastic 51-yard touchdown run by the NFL’s leading rusher, DeMarco Murray. DeMarco Murray has now gone over 100 yards in every game the season, adding to his NFL record.
