The Georgia Bulldogs and Florida Gators renew their rivalry on Saturday in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party and Gators head coach Will Muschamp expects a shot of Todd Gurley
Todd Gurley has sat out the last two games for the Georgia Bulldogs after an NCAA investigation into whether he profited by signing memorabilia for a reported sum of $400 and Florida Gators head coach Will Muschamp is preparing his team with the expectation that the bruising running back will play.

“Absolutely. I would expect him to play,” Muschamp said Monday, via AJC.com.
Gurley has been practicing with the team for the last two weeks as he is in NCAA limbo. If he returns, Georgia is the overwhelming favorite to remain atop the SEC east standings and could challenge the winner from the west in the SEC Championship Game, but if he’s not cleared to return this season, Georgia’s hopes of upsetting the winner from the west are remote.

Hail Florida Hail
Muschamp believes the former is the more likely scenario, at least in regard to Gurley being cleared, and praised the former Heisman front-runner at Monday’s press conference in his opening remarks.
"“Extremely talented running back in Todd Gurley. One of the best football players in college football. He’s a violent runner. He’s a great competitor, a guy that really competes on every down in what he does.”"
Georgia applied for reinstatement last week after Gurley issued a statement where he “took full responsibility for his actions” and thanked his coaches, teammates and the university for supporting him in what could be interpreted as an admission of guilt.
The Bulldogs haven’t been slowed on the ground without Gurley as freshman Nick Chubb has looked Gurley-esque with 345 yards and three touchdowns on 68 carries in his two starts.
