Martavis Bryant-WR-Pittsburgh Steelers (0.5%)

The Steelers second WR position has been one to watch since preseason, and coming out of camp Markus Wheaton secured the position.  Due to Wheaton’s struggles, though, he seems to have been passed by Bryant who not only is a bigger open-field threat, but he also is a great red zone target giving Big Ben a big target for jump balls in the end zone. In his two weeks active, Bryant has three touchdown catches and has totaled seven catches for 123 yards.

The Steelers have had red zone issues this season, and Bryant looks like he’s a big part of the solution. He’s been the second most-targeted wide receiver on the team in targets in each of his two games active for Pittsburgh. If he stays this involved in the Steelers pass-heavy attack, Bryant has huge upside especially due to his red zone presence.

Next week, the Steelers take on the Ravens then Pittsburgh has some great matchups  against the Jets and Titans before a bye and then a potential shootout with the Saints.  If you cant’ get Beckham, the receiver with the most upside who is widely available is his fellow-rookie Martavis Bryant.
