Jabari Parker To Mainly Play Power Forward For Bucks
Milwaukee Bucks rookie Jabari Parker will mainly play power forward for the team according to head coach Jason Kidd.
The Milwaukee Bucks drafted Jabari Parker second overall out of Duke in 2014 because he is a diverse skill player with plenty of talent and potential. He can play the small forward or power forward position at 6-foot-8-inches reminding us of LeBron James. According to head coach Jason Kidd, Parker will mainly play the power forward position.
Bucks writer K.L. Chouinard passed that along via Twitter this morning.
Jabari Parker and Jason Kidd are both new to a Milwaukee Bucks team that has struggled in past years. The team is coming of a 15-67 record and has had one winning record in the past 11 years.
Jabari Parker will likely be a starter along with Brandon Knight, Larry Sanders, O.J. Mayo and Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Bucks are definitely an improved team with skill and potential and new head coach Jason Kidd will try to tap some of that potential.
Players like Antetokounmpo, Sanders, Mayo, Parker, Ersan Ilyasova, Khris Middleton all have great skill, it will just take team chemistry and focus for them to find themselves on the winning side of .500 and in the playoffs.
