MVP: DeMarco Murray

DeMarco Murray has already surpassed 1,000 yards through the first eight weeks of the season, putting him in position to possibly rush for 2,000 yards this season. Murray would become just the eighth rusher in NFL history to rush for more than 2,000 yards in a season. Murray has also rushed for more than 100 yards in every game this season, making him the only player in NFL history to rush for 100 yards in eight straight games to start the season.

That alone makes Murray the favorite to win the MVP award, which is especially impressive because of what that Manning guy is doing up in Denver.

While the Cowboys have been good all-around through the first eight weeks of the season, Murray is definitely the reason for their 6-2 start.
