Every team needs some help and Fansided.com is here to recommend one trade to help each team at the NFL trade deadline.

The NFL Trade deadline is at 4 pm EST. Every team could use some help, whether it be to assist a championship run this season or build for the future.

I’m here to play the role of General Manager for all 32 NFL franchises. My job is to throw together one realistic trade for each team that could help them moving forward.

This is Fansided.com, and as such, I’ve gone so far as to consult with the fans — the real experts on the 32 NFL teams. I’ve taken some of their advice and ideas to heart. The rest I used as brainstorming, in hopes of giving me a better idea of what each franchise needs.

Some teams need more than others. Some need little. Some have nothing to give. We’ll deal with all of that as we go.

You will see several players mentioned more than once. That is because these trades are not exclusively contingent on one another. Each trade exists in its own universe and is presented as the best option for that particular franchise.

Here is what I came up with, starting with the teams in the AFC East.
