If you follow Jose Canseco on Twitter, you will be treated to endless commentary and entertainment. You might see Canseco trying to sell himself for a new job, you might see him trying to sell himself as still able to play, you might see his philosophies on day-to-day life, and you will definitely see a lot of selfies and pictures of his girlfriend.
One can only imagine the possibilities, then, with Canseco having some extra time on his hands now that he is recovering from an injury. That would be the same finger injury that he sustained by accidentally shooting himself while in the comfort of his own home.
Here is your first selfie, complete with a picture of his hand wrapped up and an update on his lack of sleep.
Now, if you’re worried about Canseco, losing sleep at night about his self-inflicted injury, I urge you to follow the advice given by his girlfriend, tweeted out on Canseco’s account:
This is Leila . Thank you all for the kind words and prayers . Jose is in still surgery and will be ok. Please pray for his finger !! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Your prayers have worked so far, everybody, so please keep praying for Jose Canseco’s finger. Not for Canseco, he the owner of four guns. Specifically pray for his finger.
